I went to Dr Tara because I had serious debilitating Back Pain.
I can’t say enough about Tara and her professional therapy treatments. I went to three different chiropractors and my personal medical physician with no help. Tara, was able to get me from not being able to walk, sleep, exercise and play with my grandkids. Thanks to Tara I am back to living life pain free! This healing process was all due to Tara.

Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was thorough, personable, kind, and friendly. Scheduling was easy and he worked with me on times to get in. I never felt uncomfortable or judged- if something hurt or I couldn't do it, he modified it or changed the exercise. He gave me different exercises to continue at home and when my knee was no longer having pain, I received home stretches/exercises to continue so that I didn't need to come back.

I additionally had some dry needling done which was amazing. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone needing PT!
