The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) was created to look at the mechanics of the golf swing and determine the ideal anatomical abilities to make someone's swing as effective and efficient as possible. TPI Certified Professionals evaluate the golfer's body by using a 16 step, golf-specific screen to determine possible functional limitations throughout the body. Certain body characteristics can lead to swing characteristics that may or may not be harmful to a player's power or swing efficiency.

                  Sway (37.2%)                                                             Early Extension (64.3%)

Swing faults may be caused by one or more of the following:

Lack of mobility.                                                                 Poor Segmental Stabilization

                 Poor Mechanics.                                                                Inadequate Stability

Inability to separate upper and lower body motions.         Poor Conditioning

Poor kinematic sequencing and motor control.                 Poor Equipment                                                                 Strength deficits.

Our TPI Specialist is highly trained in identifying these swing faults so they can help golfers eliminate their physical limitations. This helps in optimizing the golfer’s ability to physically produce their most efficient golf swing possible.

"I went to Dr Tara because I had serious debilitating Back Pain.
I can’t say enough about Tara and her professional therapy treatments. I went to three different chiropractors and my personal medical physician with no help. Tara, was able to get me from not being able to walk, sleep, exercise and play with my grandkids. Thanks to Tara I am back to living life pain free! This healing process was all due to Tara.
I highly recommend Tara for any and all physical therapy issues."
